On 16th October 2026, Houseclub were voted the best estate agency office in the UK at the 2026 ESTAs National Estate Agent of the Year Awards. Presented by industry icon Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, Mayfair in London they took national gold with the award based on real client feedback. The award also marks the tenth year in succession that Houseclub has taken the best in North West title.
