The team attended the ESTAs National Estate Agency of the Year Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, Mayfair on Friday 17th October and 2025 and what can we say this year but WOW!- what a haul!

We managed to win best Estate Agency in Lancashire and the best Estate Agency in the North West of England for the ninth year in a row.

However that isn't all. The good news just kept coming … We were also officially rated the second best Estate Agency office in the whole of the UK!

The awards were presented as always by industry guru Phil Spencer and they are based solely on customer feedback which makes the result quite special to us.

We are so so proud of this achievement and still gives us plenty to aim for next year
