Houseclub Retains Title as Best Agent in the North West at the 2018 ESTAs

Lancaster based Estate Agency Houseclub has gained national recognition for the second year running by retaining the title as best agent in the North West at the 2018 ESTAs Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

Hosted by Phil Spencer of Location, Location, Location at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, Houseclub took on a host of big name competitors to take the award which is based on customer satisfaction surveys taken throughout 2017. Over 36000 questionnaires were completed to give an idea of the depth of competition and Houseclub beat off Logic Estates of Liverpool and Entwistle Green of Westhoughton to take the gold for the area.

Managing Director John Harrison said “it’s a huge honour to have been recognised again at this event, the most prestigious awards ceremony in the industry, particularly as it is based on customer satisfaction which is at the core of everything we do at Houseclub. We pride ourselves on our reputation and we will continue to strive to make both buyers and sellers have as stress free a process as possible throughout their purchase or sale. To have won it based on each of our two full years of trading is amazing and maybe we’ll be back next year for the hat-trick, we’ll certainly be doing our best to do so”.

He added “The majority of our business is from recommendations, referrals and word of mouth. We work round the clock to keep our customers happy and we value each and every one of our clients. We are growing well but will continue to keep customer service and communication at the heart of what we do. A stressful process can can be made much easier by an agent who listens, cares and has the experience to be able to help in almost all situations.”
