Houseclub the Lancaster based estate agency has been honoured in a special award category at this year’s ESTAS Customer Service Awards.
To celebrate ten years of partnership with The ESTAS, Zoopla, the UK’s most comprehensive property website, is unveiling The Zoopla Xcellence Award. The accolade, which will be presented at the industry’s most prestigious awards, is designed to recognise agents who have delivered consistent excellence in customer service over the past decade.

The ESTAS Awards recognise agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers from across the property industry for delivering excellence in customer service. Powered by ESTAS customer review platform, each shortlisted entry is assessed on the basis of genuine customer feedback.
The county, regional and national winners will be announced at The ESTAS on Friday 15th May at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Over 1,000 agents and leading industry suppliers will attend the awards, presented by Phil Spencer.
