How do I arrange a valuation?

Simply contact us on 01524 771888 or through info@houseclub.co.uk and we will make arrangements to visit and offer a free, no obligation market appraisal for sale.

What if I list my house and it doesn’t sell?

Houseclub offer a strict no sale no fee service for estate agency. You may decide to pay upfront for marketing products for example an EPC or professional photography, which are non refundable but transferable and accessible to you should you need them in the future.

What is the standard contract term?

Houseclub work on a 14 week contract which can be terminated by either party with 14 days notice.

What happens to my EPC if I change estate agent?

The EPC is transferable and valid for ten years. There is a national database where the EPC can readily be found.

Do I need a new EPC if I join Houseclub from a different estate agent?

No, Houseclub can access the national register to obtain the required EPC at no cost.

How do you market my property?

Houseclub market your property on over 27 different web portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and findaproperty.com. We are also in the Local press and have a distinctive for sale sign. Our proactive approach to selling and superb knowledge of our buyers and sellers means we are right on top of our client needs and expectations. What time is the latest appointment?

Our appointment times are very flexible, many of our appointment times are outside of working hours.

How quickly can you get my property on to the market?

Our award winning software and commitment to exceptional customer service means we can have your property fully available within hours of our first meeting, subject to the days appointments.

When do I have to pay the fees?

Upon successful introduction of a buyer who proceeds to completion, until then Houseclub won’t charge you a penny.
